In addition to previously reported details of platform, schedule and bonuses, the contract reveals Bungie staff are free to work on a Marathon-related project; can move onto non-Activision projects after earning $750 million; that Valve, Epic and Gearbox are banned from developing ports of Activision-published titles; and that the first game has a total budget of $140 million. It’s well worth a look through so hit the link above.

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is out now in the US, so Pat and Sam decided to load the game up and shoot things together. They even filmed their session, which includes the first 15 minutes of the game. Watch for yourself below. The Game’s out in the UK on Friday.
