In this age of slick, seamless interfaces and accessible RPG systems, it’s hard to imagine younger gamers coping with the cumbersome menus and complicated systems of old school games. Wasteland 2 has a heck of a challenge in providing the complexity its backers demand while not actually delivering the confusing morass they’ve forgotten ever existed.
