Fireproof Games has announced you can now download The Room for free on the App Store for iOS. The waiving of the fee is to celebrate The Room Two which is available through the App Store for £2.99/€4.49/$4.99 on iPad. Those who do not own an iPad can download The Room Two on Android iPhone and iPod Touch early next year. Thanks, CVG.

The Skylanders Collection Vault has launched on the App Store, allowing users to easily manage and explore their Skylanders toy collection on the go – useful when you’re at the shops and not sure if you’re about to purchase a duplicate. The app has some social features, allowing you to compare your Skylanders list with friends, and has a wishlist function which Activision will be leveraging for a competition – just download the app and send your wish list to firstname.lastname@example.org by December 6 for a chance to score up to 25 toys. The original Infinity Blade can be downloaded for free from the App Store this week. The stripped-back RPG still impresses with its Unreal Engine graphics, and went on to spawn two sequels. The first one will run on most iOS devices, while the latest requires quite new tech, so this is a good opportunity to get some use out of your ageing iPhone and iPod Touch.
