Nintendo has found itself in the cross-hairs of human rights organisation Walk Free, which claims the Japanese company procures raw minerals needed to make its products through slave labour. Nintendo has since responded to the 400,000-strong petition, which demands the company disclose an audit of its operations in order to prove its innocence.

Super Smash Bros. director Masahiro Sakurai knows that there’s a vocal majority of players out there who loved Melee on Gamecube, and realises they will be back for more on Wii U and 3DS. So instead, he wants to focus on the silent minority who prefer Brawl and to win them back into the fight.

Mind Zero developers Acquire – of The Last Guy fame – and ZeroDiv have released two new trailers for their spirit-summoning dungeon crawler. The game is currently in development for PS Vita and seems to pander to the Persona crowd, which is no bad thing I’m sure fans will agree.

Deadfall Adventures developer The Farm 51 has released some screens for its FPS, which was – at one point – slammed for being nothing more than an Uncharted rip-off. It’s looking more like Indiana Jones x Painkiller now. Is that a bad mix? Decide for yourself here.

Lost Planet 3 has received a new gameplay trailer care of Capcom and Spark Unlimited. It has nothing to do with Xbox One I’m afraid, but it’s still rammed full of action and big, stompy robots. You lot like that, right?

Compile Heart has opened a teaser site for Vita title Hyperdimension Neptunia Re; Birth 1, which was announced in March. Gematsu reports the site directs users to Dengeki magazine on June 27 for an update. We don’t know anything about the game yet, but there’s speculation it may be a remake of the first entry in the series.
