Xbox One: Quantum Break behind-the-scenes trailer promises “a little bit of crazy”
Quantum Break developer Remedy Entertainment has published a new dev diary on its Xbox One debut. The game will combine a TV series and shooter into one canon, and has been describe by studio boss Sam Lake as ‘a little bit crazy’.

Rabbids Invasion coming “very soon”, is interactive TV
Rabbids Invasion is an interactive TV show powered by Kinect. Ubisoft announced it during its E3 presentation and showed kids playing along with the Rabbids, pointing their fingers to pelt a Rabbid; racing to be the first to point at an hidden object; and screaming at the screen. Remedy shows off its Xbox One exclusive, Quantum Break
Quantum Break, the Xbox One exclusive from Remedy was shown during the Microsoft E3 conference. The game was announced during the Xbox One reveal last month,and the game is decribed as one which “blurs the line between gaming and TV by integrating drama and gameplay into one seamless, uniquely immersive experience. How you play the game impacts the show, and the show informs how you play the game.” Kind of like Defiance. Video is below.

Sky has “no plans to sell Xbox hardware,” as part of a Sky subscription
Sky has said it has “no plans to sell Xbox hardware as part of a Sky subscription,” a spokesperson told MCV. The comment was given as a response to rumors from earlier today, which stated the UK broadcaster was working with Microsoft to offer Xbox One consoles along with TV package subscriptions. Sources stated the Xbox One would serve as a set-top box for Sky television, or as a companion device. “We have a longstanding partnership with Microsoft by which we distribute our content via Sky Go and NOW TV on Xbox,” said the spokesperson. “We look forward to continuing to work with them as part of our commitment to giving our customers more ways to watch Sky programming in addition to their Sky+ HD box. “

Defiance renewed for a second season by SyFy
Syfy has renewed Defiance for a second season by greenlighting 13 new episodes. Season two will begin production in Toronto in August for a 2014 premiere. Xbox Original hopes to bring back Heroes – rumour
Cancelled superhero TV series Heroes may yet get a second lease on life. TVLines cites anonymous sources for word that MSN is in preliminary talks with NBC to develop a new version of the show for Xbox Originals, with all new stories and characters but cameos from the original cast. Microsoft certainly seems to be making a major push to turn the Xbox 360 – and likely its successor – into something like a cable box.
