Sony reiterates any DRM on used games will be left up to the publisher
While PS4 itself won’t block pre-owned games, Sony has said any DRM is up to publishers, a sentiment which has been said before, but is back on topic today due to remarks made by SCEA boss Jack Tretton to GTTV. Sony has since issued at statement saying that any third-party DRM implemented on PS4 by publishers refers to playing used games online only.

2K Games won’t have a booth at E3 2013
2K Games won’t have a booth on the floor at E3 this year, despite one of Take Two’s biggest titles hitting in September, and the Civ V expansion on the way, not to mention the new XCOM. According to a post on the 2K forums, the publisher will instead be using Twitch and its YouTube channels to discuss its ware leading up to the June event. 2K doesn’t specifically state it or Take-Two won’t have a presence at the event, just that it won’t have anything on the showroom floor. We’ll see if we can get a clarification. The post noted to “stay tuned for our live gameplay and event broadcasts.” Thanks Splatteredhouse.

Cryptic recaps E3 2012 with Neverwinter video diary
Perfect World and Cryptic have released a new video for Neverwinter, featuring the game’s lead producer Andy Velasquez providing you with a re-cap from the E3 2012 show floor. There’s some gamplay shown, as well as look at attendees playing it. Have a watch below. The free-to-play MMO is expected before the end of the year on PC.

Agent 47 takes out the Cougars in this Hitman demo
IO Interactive has released The Streets of Hope E3 demo for Hitman: Absolution. The 17-minute demo provides a deeper look into the game, and features voice commentary by game director Tore Blystad and Travis Barbour, who works on the community team at IO Interactive. During the demo, you will see Agent 47 trying to kidnap Lenny “the limp” Dexter, who may know the whereabouts of Victoria, who 47 swore to protect as a dying wish from friend Diana Burnwood. In order to get to “the limp”, the 47 will need to take out Lenny’s gang “The Cougars” first.

343 and MLG players discuss Halo 4 in E3 2012 video
A new video for Halo 4 has been released through Halo Waypoint. The video shows some of the world’s top MLG players during a special event at E3 2012 where they tried out Halo 4′s Infinity multiplayer as well as two new game modes, Infinity Slayer and Regicide, across the Haven, Adrift and Longbow maps.
