Deadpool game in the works at High Moon and Activision
High Moon Studios and Activision have a Deadpool game in the works, as the website for the game is set to officially launch in five hours. See here. This may be the game High Moon is set to announce at Comic Con today during the Marvel panel. Of course, it also has Hit Monkey in the works, so both may be revealed in full today. We’ll be sure to keep you posted.

Gears of War: Judgment video shows Overrun in action
A tutorial video for Overrun, a competitive mode in Gears of War: Judgment, has been released by Epic. It’s posted below courtesy of Gamespot. Also posted below, alongside four new screenshots, is the Island footage from the game shown during Comic Con. Gears of War: Judgment is out in March 2013 on Xbox 360.

The Last of Us – Bill’s safe house cinematic escapes Comic Con
Eric Monacelli, community strategist at Naughty Dog, has released a video showing a new scene from The Last of Us where Joel and Ellie have found a safe house inhabited by a man wearing a gas mask. This fella is named Bill, who has some sort of history with Joel a owes him a favor. More on Bill, who is voiced by actor W. Earl Brown, will be revealed in the coming months. Game’s out next year on PS3.

Assassin’s Creed III screens show Wolf Pack multiplayer mode
Some screenshots for the multiplayer portion of Assassin’s Creed III have popped up on AGB. We’ll pulled them and posted the lot for you below. Three of them will look familair to you, as they were posted back in early June. But, the new ones more than make up for the duplicates. Assassin’s Creed III launches at the end of October for PS3 and 360, and on Wii U around the console’s launch. A PC version will be out before Christmas.

Zone of the Enders HD Collection hovers into view
New Zone of the Enders HD Collection shots and a trailer have been beamed from outer space – or perhaps, more accurately, from San Diego Comic Con. The ZoE collection will be available to play at the EG Expo, and last month a gameplay video surfaced, narrated by Hideo Kojima himself.
Zone of the Enders HD Collection blasts off on PS3, 360 and Vita later this year.

Ellen Page discusses her role in Beyond: Two Souls during Comic Con panel
During Comic Con this week, Quantic Dream showed some gameplay for Beyond: Two Souls during a panel which included David Cage, and actress Ellen Page. Assassin’s Creed III Wolf Pack co-op multiplayer revealed
The previously rumoured Assassin’s Creed III co-op multiplayer mode is indeed real.
It’s called Wolf Pack and supports up to four players as they attempt to track down and assassinate NPCs throughout 25 sequences, in what sounds like a spin on the standard Assassin’s Creed multiplayer. Wolf Pack was revealed at Comic Con and picked up by IGN.
Assassin’s Creed III launches at the end of October for PS3 and 360, and on Wii U around the console’s launch. A PC version will be out before Christmas.

Quick shots – Injustice: Gods Among Us, Nightwing and Cyborg
Earlier this week, came the news from San Diego Comic Con that Nightwing and Cyborg had joined the line-up of NetherRealm’s upcoming fighter, Injustice: Gods Among Us. Today, comes some shiny new screens showing them in action.
Head through the break for shots of the pair unleashing sparkly hell on assorted members of the rest of the cast, which includes Batman, Superman, Harley Quinn, Solomon Grundy, Flash and Wonder Woman.

Ono drops Darkstalkers hints at Comic Con
Street Fighter creator Yoshinori Ono has a habit of asking event audiences to pose for photographs which he then takes back to his Capcom overlords as proof of demand for a new Darkstalkers game.
“This year, you don’t have to do that, and it’s not necessarily bad news,” Ono told Comic Con attendees this year, according to Siliconera, before hastily warning that he can’t say anything else right now.
Don’t get too excited, dudes. I’m doing it for you.

Assassin’s Creed III PC to arrive before Christmas
Speaking at a San Diego Comic Con panel, as reported by Joystiq, Assassin’s Creed III creative director Alex Hutchinson confirmed a rumour that the PC version won’t launch day-and-date alongside its console brethren. It looks like it won’t be a long wait though; Hutchison said the PC release will come “near” the console date of October 30 in the US and 31 in Europe – and certainly before Christmas.

Willem Dafoe not starring in Beyond: Two Souls, says Cage
Actor Willem Dafoe will not be lending his voice to Quantic Dreams’ Beyond: Two Souls as previously rumored. When asked about the rumor by Joystiq at Comic-Con today, David Cage shook his head and said: “Nice try.” During a panel on the title at the event, it was revealed actor Kadeem Hardison would be playing the paranormal investigator who raised Ellen Page’s character, Jodie Holmes. Actor Eric Winter is also involved in the title, but his character has not been disclosed.
