  • Battlefield: Bad Company 2 - off-screen footage

    A few videos of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 being played at Comic Con after the break. Looks like a snowy shooter, as you’re expect. There’s no date on it yet, according to officialdom, although “early next year” probably isn’t a million miles away. Thanks, NextGamer.

  • Assassin's Creed 2 Comic-Con panel video is a cool show and tell

    Assassin’s Creed 2 was on hand at Comic-Con, and there is a video posted after the break showing off the developers panel. Courtesy of GamerTrailers, it has gameplay footage, a new form of assassination, and a double assassination. Getting exciting. Game’s out on PC, PS3, and 360 November 17.

    LittleBigPlanet may get a set of Marvel superhero sackboys, according to Kotaku. Details are a little uncertain from the look of that piece, but three concept renders were shown at Comic Con over the weekend of Iron Man, Wolverine and Captain America in sack-form.   • Platinum Games: No DLC for Bayonetta

    Platinum Games revealed during a Comic-Con panel yesterday that the team does not plan on releasing DLC for Bayonetta. Reason being: “The game ships with everything you want,” it was said. This has been hinted at before, but now it appears to be solidified. Via D’toid.

  • First Avatar trailer on August 21

    James Cameron said at Comic Con yesterday that the first Avatar game trailer will release on August 21. The footage will coincide with a 15-minute movie trailer airing at IMAX “theaters” in the US. Both game and film hit this December, courtesy of Ubisoft. Thanks, CinemaBlend.
