Tekken Tag Tournament 2 US pre-order bonuses detailed
As in the UK, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 will favour US retailers with exclusive DLC characters. Best Buy and Amazon offer both Michelle Chang and Angel with pre-orders, while GameStop pre-orders include four characters, with Ancient Ogre and Kunimitsu making up the numbers. The tag-team fighter arrives on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in September.

Skyrim getting mounted combat via free update
Bethesda has announced mounted combat for Skyrim via a free title update. Those who have the game on Steam should make sure the beta version is up to date and try it out. No date just yet, but it will land on consoles as well. Patch notes can be found on the Bethesda Blog. There’s also a video of it in action below, courtesy of RipTen.

Elephants in Tokyo Jungle can wear roller skates
Andriasang has posted new information on Tokyo Jungle, which focuses on the various equipment your animal character can don. One interesting bit of gear, is roller skates for elephants, which help the animal to move faster. There’s also a sumo wrestler belt for the Japanese Tosa dog which helps it run faster for some odd reason. No word on whether hippos can wear tutus or not. The post also delves a bit into mini games, such as hunting giant rabbits.

Madhouse’s Persona 4 Golden intro is colorful, full of dancing
The opening intro to Persona 4: Golden has been released by Atlus. The intro was created by Madhouse, and it’s very colorful and 70s-disco looking. Persona 4 Golden will release this fall on Vita. Thanks, Siliconera.

Go behind the scenes with the making of LBP Vita
Sony has posted a “making-of” video for LBP Vita. The featurette basically gives you a peek behind the curtain of the game complete with footage and the developers chatting about the costumes, levels and whatnot. The game is expected to go into beta soon, with invites coming “soon,” as well. Box art is below.

Sleeping Dogs 101 video educates you on gameplay features
Square has released a new video for United Front’s Sleeping Dogs. Dubbed 101, like a college course, it gives you a look at the game’s many features. Watch it below courtesy of Gematsu, which also has a set of screenshots posted. Game’s out in August.

Konami puts up teaser site for Lords of Shadow 2
Konami is teasing folks again, and this time, the tease points to a website called, The Dragon Returns, which is supposedly Castlevania: Lord of Shadows 2. The date on the site points to Konami’s pre-E3 presser which takes place on May 31. A NeoGAF user looked at the page’s source code, and found “CLOS Teaser Page” listed. The teaser is also up on Facebook. Earlier this week, it was reported the game would not only arrive on PS3 and Xbox 360, but Wii U as well with the later interacting with the 3DS title Mirror of Fate. Both titles are in development at MercurySteam.

When Vikings Attack announced for PS3 and Vita
Clever Beans has announced When Vikings Attack for PS3 and PS Vita. The game will be released via PSN and is an “all-action fighting adventure,” where a group of Viking invaders “1,200 years late to the party” come to town and wreck havoc. Players are tasked with forming a posse which will use items in the environment to hurl at the Viking hordes. The game will contain adventure and versus gameplay modes with anywhere from one to four players and it supports full cross-play and saves between PS Vita and PS3. More information will be made available on the title at E3, but until then, have a go at the trailer below.

Rumour: Sony to enter into cloud gaming deal at E3
VG247 has learned that Sony is to announce a cloud gaming deal with either Gaikai or OnLive at E3, apparently allowing streamed games on PlayStation hardware. Details are light, but the news expected to be announced in the Sony press conference on June 4.

Metal Gear Solid HD Collection for Vita to release in Europe on June 29
Konami has announced the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection for Vita will be released on June 29 in Europe. The title, which contains Sons of Liberty and Snake Eater releases in the US on June 12, and it was thought to be releasing the same day in Europe as well. We’ll send a mail.
