Techland’s Dying Light was shown during VGX this evening. The demo on PS4 showed a daytime level and some parkour movements, such as using a zombie for momentum. The zombies are formidable enemies, but they become more powerful at night.

GamesAid and Warner Bros. have teamed up to offer a special screening of KIng of Kong, the documentary on Steve Wiebe’s attempt to take the Donkey Kong record, in the Warner Bros. London preview cinema, on December 6 at 6:30PM. Tickets are available from Eventbrite for £12, with sales to benefit charity GamesAid.

LEGO The Hobbit may soon be a thing, if an image posted on AGB is accurate. We’re unsure where the scan came from, but a quick Google Image search brought us to the Animato Studios blog where the same picture is shown. The site notes the image appeared in the back of an instruction manual – we’re assuming it was in a LEGO set of some sort. We’ll send Warner an email and ask. Still, note the rumor tag for the time being.

Injustice: Gods Among Us is now available for Android devices through Google Play and will soon be made available on the Amazon Appstore. The free-to-play title was released earlier this year for iOS. Those who also own the PS3 or Xbox 360 version will be able to unlock content in the console game through the mobile version – and vice versa – by registering for a Warner Bros. ID account. Lord of the Rings Online: Helm’s Deep goes live today after storms on Sunday night knocked out the power and caused issues into Monday and Tuesday, delaying the expansion’s release. While you wait on the download to finish you should have a look at the patch notes which will also detail the myriad of class changes which have been implemented with Helm’s Deep. There’s also new information on the level cap, added housing hooks and chest additions, and more. Launch trailer is below.

Following some down time this weekend, the Helm’s Deep expansion for Lord of the Rings has been delayed. The free-to-play MMO went down due to a power outage at its data centre, according to a Facebook post, and as a result Helm’s Deep will be released on November 20, a few days late. Helm’s Deep pre-purchase offers and 100% XP boost and Bounder’s Bounty events have been extended to the same date.

Batman: Arkham Collection Edition has been announced by Warner Bros. for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. It contains Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, and Arkham Origins and will be available on November 22 in the UK. Batman: Arkham Origins is obtainable as a physical disc while the other two will be digital downloads and the PC version of Arkham Asylum and Arkham City will be Game of the Year editions. The PS3 version of Batman: Arkham Origins will be the Knightfall DLC pack. Pack shots are below.

You will get all these games, plus the previously announced titles if you pay over the current $4.64 minimum. Those who have already purchased the bundle will get the newly added games as well. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes has been delayed in Europe on Xbox One, Warner Bros. has announced. The game is now slated for launch at a later date. The game is still set to arrive in the region on Wii U November 15, and on PS4 November 29. Thanks, MCV.
