Injustice: Gods Among Us to add General Zod as fourth DLC character
Superman nemesis General Zod will be the fourth DLC character for Injustice: Gods Among Us. The character was revealed through on of Conan O’Brien’s “Clueless Gamer” segements and confirmed by Ed Boon on Twitter. Expect a gameplay video demonstrating his moved next week. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes E3 trailer released, game coming to PS4 and XOne
LEGO Marvel Super Heroes has an E3 trailer below, showing TT Games’ brick-smashing adventure featuring Captain America, Human Torch, Wolverine, Thor and other super heroes. Players will chase down Cosmic Bricks as they travel across LEGO Manhattan and visit key locations from the Marvel Universe, such as Stark Tower, Asteroid M, a Hydra base and the X-Mansion. Gameplay is a mix of open-world and linear levels, and looks like loads of fun. You can pick the game up this fall on releases on 3DS, DS, PC, PS3, Vita, Wii, Wii U and Xbox 360 as well as PS4 and Xbox One.

Avalanche shows off its Mad Max game
This trailer gives an atmospheric introduction to Avalanche’s third-person, open-world Mad Max game. During Sony’s E3 conference, the platform holder said the Road Warrior survivor kit will only be available on PlayStation 3, but the game is coming to other platforms.

Another Retro Studios staff member joins Armature Studio
Donkey Kong Country Returns designer Tom Ivey has joined Armature, a company founded by former Retro Studios staff members. According to Ivey’s LinkedIn page, he left Retro Studios after 9 years in March 2013. The studio is working on Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate at the moment, and is slated for release on 3DS later this year alongside the console version. Thanks, Nintendo Life.

Dying Light trailer blends parkour and zombies
Dying Light has received a new trailer courtesy of Dead Island developer Technland. The clip shows parkour skills, zombies and survival horror. The first-person romp is being published by Warner Bros. and it’s heading to PlayStation 3, PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, Xbox One in 2014.

Looks like the box art for Batman: Arkham Origins and Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate has been decided, if listings for both games on Amazon are any indication. Then again, when you click on Blackgate, only the logo shows on the box. Batman: Arkham Origins is out worldwide on October 25 on PC, PS3, Wii U, and Xbox 360. Infinite Crisis champion video shows Cyborg in action, multiverse Green Lantern artwork released
Another Infinite Crisis champion has been revealed, and its Cyborg. Along with a video featuring the high-tech champion a cybernetic all-star, Turbine has also released some new Green Lantern artwork showing three variations of the man from across the DC Multiverse: Arcane Green Lantern, Prime Green Lantern, and Atomic Green Lantern.
