The Walking Dead PC patched to correct audio issues
Telltale has moved to rectify some nasty audio compression issues affecting the PC and Mac versions of The Walking Dead. The Steam release should automatically download and apply the patch, but if you bought the game directly from TellTale, you’ll have to download and reinstall the whole thing. The Walking Dead launched late last week on PC and consoles, and is generating significant buzz; check out the first of five episodes in action here.

The Walking Dead stumbles to PSN, Mac beginning tomorrow
Telltale’s confirmed it’s to release the first episode of The Walking Dead game onto PSN and Mac beginning tomorrow in the US and Wednesday for European PS3s. Telltale has released a video detailing how one lucky person can win a spot in The Walking Dead games as a human character by pre-ordering the game directly through Telltale’s store before launch. The winner’s character will eventually be tuned into a zombie, of course, and then killed by the players. If you pre-order the full five-episode season, you will also get 10% off the full price of the title. Even better, for $20 more you can order the “almost everything” pack which includes the full seasons of Back the Future, Jurassic Park, Hector, Strong Bad’s Cool Game for Attractive People, Sam and Max Seasons 1-3 and Puzzle Agent 1 & 2. The Walking Dead gets first teaser trailer before Monday’s gameplay unveil
IGN’s gone live with the first teaser trailer for Telltale’s version of The Walking Dead. The teaser mainly features three voicemail message from a mother concerned for her daughter gradually with each voicemail. Get it below. The first gameplay footage will air on Monday on IGN.
It was confirmed yesterday the game will be out beginning next month on PS3, 360, PC, Mac and iOS.

Retail edition of Back to the Future: The Game hitting Europe in Q1 2012
Telltale has announced Back to the Future: The Game will be released at retail for PC, PS3 and Wii in Europe during the first part of 2012. PS3 and Wii versions will be available in Europe, while boxed editions of the PC will only be available in “some” territories, according to a press release on Nintendo Life. Telltale’s launched the first episode of Sam & Max, Season Two: Beyond Time & Space. The first episode, called Ice Station Santa, will set you back $7, but is universal, meaning it will support iPhone and iPad. Bonuses include a soundboard featuring Sam & Max an a standalone version of Season One mini-game Whack da Rats.

Jurassic Park Episode 2 now available on iPad
The latest episode of Telltale Games’ adventure game based on the Jurassic Park series is now available on the iPad. The second part of the episodic series is available exclusively for the iPad, and will set you back $6.99.
The episode is called The Cavalry. “In Jurassic Park: The Game’s second episode “The Calvary”, Nima, Gerry and Jess head for the island’s coast and are forced into taking a shortcut using the under construction “Bone Shaker”, a partially completed rollercoaster in Jurassic Park’s theme park area. Meanwhile, an InGen rescue team lead by ex-grunt Billy Yoder and his quiet, menacing buddy-in-arms Oscar search for Gerry and his daughter,” Telltale said today.

Kalypso to publish retail version of Telltale’s Jurassic Park: The Game
Kalypso Media is to publish Telltale’s Jurassic Park: The Game, and boxes should land at retail in UK, Europe, Australia, South Africa and Asia during Q1 2012 on Xbox 360 and PC. No word just yet on whether the PS3 version will be published by the as well. “We are thrilled to partner with Telltale Games to bring Jurassic Park: The Game to retail in many territories,” said Kalypso Media Group’s global MD Simon Hellwig. Telltale employees have posted user reviews for Jurassic Park: The Game on Metacritic, and while such a thing isn’t a new occurrence, it sparked a bit of a red flag with Gamespot when it noticed four 10/10 reviews going up during the same time frame.

Go behind-the-scenes of Jurassic Park: The Game with Telltale
Telltale has released a behind-the-scenes look at Jurassic Park: The Game, which takes place during the events of the first movie, and follows “loose end” where Dennis ran off with a jar of dinosaur embryos. The development team thought it would be “a fantastic place” to start out for the story of the game. In the video, the team also discusses the new technology it build for the title, which it felt it needed in order to “pull it off”. Because of the new tech, the game also features new gameplay elements such as the ability to use an in-game camera to look at different parts of the scene you are currently in. Gamer’s will be able to return to Isla Nublar on November 15.

Telltale’s posted an unbox video for the deluxe edition of Back to the Future: The Game. The edition will comes with some special art stuff among other things, including the initial notes of the actual flux capacitor from the Doc himself. You can get the video below the break.
