Tecmo Koei Wii U titles all day-one digital – report
According to GoNintendo‘s interpretation of a 4Gamer report, all Tecmo Koei games released on Wii U in Japan will launch day-and-date on the console’s eShop. The three Japanese Wii U launch titles are all cheaper online than at retail, too – Warriors Orochi 3 Hyper (¥7,140 retail, ¥6,300 eShop), Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII (¥9,240 retail, ¥8000 eShop) and Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge (¥7,140 retail, ¥6,300). The Wii U launches in Japan in early December; it hits the US On November 18 and Europe on November 30.

Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge trailer gets ultra-violent with Ayane
Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge is launching alongside the Wii U in just a couple weeks (in North America at least), and it’s bringing Dead or Alive’s Ayane along with it. Team Ninja has released a new trailer for the game today, with this one showing off the new purple-haired character and an overall ridiculous amount of blood. See it for yourself below.

Atelier Ayesha, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Plus, and Ken’s Rage 2 heading to Europe in Q1 2013
Atelier Ayesha will release on PS3 in Europe during Q1 2013, Tecmo Koei has announced. On top of this good news, the firm has also told Siliconera that Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Plus and Fist of the North Star: Ken’s Rage 2 will be localized for the region, and release during Q1 2013 on Vita and and on PS3 and Xbox 360 in February 2013, respectively. The Wii U version of Ken’s Rage 2 has not been dated for a European release as of yet.

Omega Force launches teaser site for new game in the works

Dead or Alive 5 – free costume pack inbound
Team Ninja will release a costume pack for Dead or Alive 5 free of charge as a thank you to those who purchased the game, according to the developer’s Twitter. Shoryuken reports the pack is already available in Japan, and contains new costumes for Kokoro, Zack, Helena, Bayman, Gen Fu, Christie, Tina, Mila, Akira, Sarah and Pai.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Plus announced for Vita release in early 2013
