Dynasty Warriors 8 character renders and event shots show off the July release
Tecmo Koei has released the usual bevy of screenshots for Dynasty Warriors 8, and also as usual: the locations are lovely and the character renders interesting. Brenna would heartily approve. Feast your eyes below. Dynasty Warriors 8 will release on July 12 in the UK and on July 16 in North America for PS3 and Xbox 360.

Toukiden screenshots and character art turn up
Toukiden, the Vita action title in the works from Omega Force, has a new batch of screenshots and character art – some of which were shown recently in a scan – available for full on drooling. The four-player brawler is a historical hunting game, where your character, a demon hunter, needs to target specific body parts in order to purify the forces of evil. Awesome. Still no idea if it is heading west or not, but head on over to AGB and look for as long as you like at the screenshot goodness. It’s out in Japan in June.

Tecmo Koei Canada to close up shop at the end of March – report
Tecmo Koei Canada will shut its doors at the of next month, according to a company official speaking with the Financial Post. The Fatal Inertia, Warriors: Legends of Troy and mobile development house is the only studio owned by the firm in North America. A representative from the main office declined to state how many employees would be affected by the studio’s closure. Thanks, Polygon.

Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge has SmartGlass support on Xbox 360
Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge will support Microsoft’s SmartGlass application when it launches on Xbox 360. This will allow users to pull up statistical information on their phones or tablet, and will sync to YouTube allowing users to browse video walkthroughs and tutorials.
