Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn screenshots show jobs, classes
New screenshots for Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn have appeared online, showing the Archer, Gladiator, Lancer, Marauder, Pugilist, Conjurer, and Thaumaturge classes. If you head over to NeoGAF, you will also see shots of the jobs Bard, Dragoon, Monk, Paladin, Warrior, Black Mage, and White Mage. The game is looking rather lovely, and if you head below, you will be able to watch a developer gameplay walkthrough video (thanks, EdNorton). Better grab something to drink and run a few errands first – it’s two hours long. Hopefully, you understand Japanese as well. A Realm Reborn is a complete remake of Final fantasy 14 currently in beta and is slated for PC and PS3 later this year.

Final Fantasy 11′s Feast of Swords returns again
Every year in April, Final Fantasy 11 plays host to an event called the Feast of Swords. The 11 year old MMORPG is mixing things up a bit this time, though, with the lore behind the event beginning to question just why the ceremonial armour goes missing around the same time every year. The event kicks off at 1:00AM PDT on April 24, and runs to the same time May 8. Talk to an event moogle at San d’Oria, Bastok or Windurst to to procure an ibushi shinai if you want to get involved.
Thanks, Massively.

Thief on PC won’t be “a copy of the console version”
Eidos Montreal’s Stephane Roy has said the PC version of Thief is “extremely important,” and it won’t just be a port of the console version. Speaking with Strategy Informer, Roy said playing Thief with a keyboard and mouse “is different,” than playing with a controller, so it must develop the proper support. “Making the PC version we think like a PC gamer, for consoles it’s a different type of beast,” he said. “It’s one of our goals to make sure that the PC version isn’t just a copy of the console version.” Thief is out next year on next-gen consoles and PC.
