Plants vs Zombies DS given May 6 UK date

Mastertronic’s confirmed that it’ll release PopCap’s mental tower defence title Plants vs Zombies in the UK on May 6. The DS version will come with 14 new in-game achievements, multiplayer and four new exclusive mini-games.

Bejeweled Blitz hitting XBLA this quarter

PopCap said today that an XBLA version of Bejeweled Blitz will release in the first quarter of 2011. The game is the same as e same the 60-second Facebook variant, but with “all new modes” and “16-player simultaneous Party mode and head-to-head Battle mode over Live.”
