Nippon Ichi releases new screenshots for The Witch and the Hundred Soldiers
Screenshots for Nippon Ichi’s lovely PS3 RPG, The Witch and the Hundred Soldiers, have been posted over on Andriasang. The game, which puts you in the shoes of a witch commanding an army of undead knights, will be released in Japan on June 28. Still no word on an western releases, but we’ve still got our fingers crossed.

The Witch and the Hundred Soldiers hits Japan in late June
Light at the end of the tunnel, fellow Disgaea fan club members. Dengeki, as reported by Andriasang, has word that Nippon Ichi’s new PlayStation 3 RPG, The Witch and the Hundred Soldiers, has been firmly dated for Japanese release on June 28. Players take on the role of the titular witch, commanding an army of undead knights, and can equip up to five weapons from a choice of ten different types, while exploring an open world. It sounds ideal. Let’s have it in English please, NIS America.

Nippon Ichi’s Legasista gets screens and box-art
Nippon Ichi’s released first screens and some box-art of System Prisma’s PS3 RPG, Legasista. Take a look on Andriasang. It looks about as Nippon Ichi-ish as it’s possible to be. There’s a teaser site here, with a full site expected to go live on November 30. It’s out in Japan on March 15 next year.

Free Badman game added to Japanese launch line up
Nippon Ichi’s unique dungeon defence series, variously known as Holy Invasion of Privacy Badman, What Did I Do To Deserve This My Lord, and No Heroes Allowed, will grace Vita’s Japanese launch with combination freeware game and personal scheduler.

NIS release schedule mentions Disgaea 3 for Vita
A release schedule for NIS that was posted on Yahoo! Japan has listed Disgaea 3 for a release on PlayStation Vita as a launch title. The release schedule has since been pulled from the site, but not before it was caught. The original version of the RPG launched back in February 2009 for PS3 in Europe after NIS hit a publishing agreement with Square Enix for the continent.

New Prinny, Shadow of Memories announced for PSP
Nippon Itchi has announced that a new Prinny is in development for the PSP.
No title was given, however. Not even a date, as well. It comes off the heels of Prinny: Can I Really Be The Hero, released earlier this year.
Also confirmed is a PS2 port of Shadow of Memories for the PSP from Konami. No more info was given, other then that it’ll release next year.

Prinny PSP to get a sequel
Nippon Ichi said today that it’s to make a sequel to Prinny: Can I Really Be the Hero?
Actiontastic. The announcement coincided with news of a budget version of the original for Japan.
Low priced Prinny hits Japan on November 26, in both retail UMD and download form.

Nippon Ichi announces Atelier Rorona and Badman 2 for US, Disgaea 2 for Europe
Nippon Ichi confirmed its 2010 line-up at TGS today, saying that Atelier Rorona for PS3 and a sequel to Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman! What Did I Do to Deserve This? for PSP will both release in the US next year.

Disgaea 3 getting Trophy patch on July 16

Disgaea 3 will get a Trophy patch on July 16 in the US.
It will add over 50 Trophies but will make your previous game saves unusable.
No word on a European release for the patch, yet, but with the game being out so long and forcing you to start from scratch just for Trophies, we’re unsure how many will care enough to download it.

Disgaea 2 titled for PSP

The second PSP Disgaea title is Disgaea 2: Dark Hero Days, according to an ERSB rating.
That’s it. It’ll involve jumping around a grid while your life drips away one second at a time. No other details yet.
