EVE Online to be released by CCP and Nexon in Japan this fall
CCP and Nexon have announced an agreement to bring a fully localized game client, as well as product services for EVE Online, to Japan this fall.

Weekly MMO news round-up: CCP files a trademark, Guild Wars class updates, more
Loads of stuff as usual going on this week with MMOs.
CCP has files a trademark fro Dust 514, which strangely enough resembles the EvE Logo, Warhammer’s latest patch is up on the test server, Guild Wars had some more class tweaks, and the summer festivities have been extended for Lord of the Rings Online.

Nexon closes Vancouver studio
MMO publisher Nexon has apparently closed its Vancouver studio, resulting in 90 job losses.
A studio-wide meeting was held yesterday morning to break news to staff, according to this Kotaku report.
Nexon’s ongoing games – MapleStory, Combat Arms, Mabinogi, and so on – are thought to be unaffected.
Gamasutra’s confirmed the move as well.
