It’s Doomsday in latest Armored Core V video
FromSoftware has released a new video for Armored Core V, showing off lots of mechs and explosions in lovely CGI with dubstep music blasting away in the background. Don’t worry though, dashes of gameplay clips are tossed in here and there for good measure. Enjoy it below. Armored Core V launches in the US on March 20 and March 23 in Europe for PS3 and Xbox 360.

Namco pushes Ridge Racer Unbounded to end of March
Namco’s confirmed to Eurogamer that its delayed Ridge Racer Unbounded by four weeks. Originally due on March 2 in Europe, it’ll now release on March 30. The publisher said to EG the delay was so that Finnish developer Bugbear could get “a little bit of extra time to optimise the game.”
Unbounded steps outside the arcade racer’s typical route, into realms inspired by Burnout and Split/Second. It’ll arrive on PS3, 360 and PC.

Tales of Graces F pre-orders through GameStop net you Tales of Destiny costumes
Those who pre-order Tales of Graces F through GameStop will receive Tales of Destiny costumes for Asbel, Sophie, and Richard. The costumes will be equipped during battles and events when the music in the game changes. A code to download an XMB theme is also being handed out to those who pre-order. Namco to release Star Trek movie tie-in during Q1 2013
Namco will publish the tie-in game for the next Star Trek film from Paramount Pictures, which is currently in development by Digital Extremes. The game is based on a stand-alone storyline which continues the adventure of Kirk and Spock as they work together to “stop a legendary enemy race bent on conquering the galaxy.” It was shown for the first time at E3 last year, and is being written by God of War’s Marianne Krawczyk in collaboration with Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman, writers and producers for the film. The most exciting part? You can co-op as Kirk and Spock. Get your gold and blue shirts out now. The game will be released during Q1 2013, prior to the May 17 release of the film, for all major home consoles and PC.

Touch My Katamari DLC lands in Japan February 23
The first downloadable mission for Touch My Katamari will be released in Japan on February 23, according to Namco. Called Maid Paradise, the content tasks the player with rolling up maids as fast as possible. It also contains a cameo character names Lucky Star which, says Siliconera, Disgaea fans will recognize. Meito Anizawa, who has a cameo in Disgaea 4, even runs out of the Animate store at one point for you to roll over with your massive blog of people and items. The game is out on February 22 in North America and Europe, the same day as Vita. Screens of the new DLC can be found through the link.

Ridge Racer: Unbounded behind the scenes video goes drifting
Namco Bandai’s released the first behind the scenes video for Ridge Racer: Unbounded, featuring developer Bugbear going drifting on a race track in Finland. If past games are light-based games, Unbounded will be “the dark game,” according to lead designer Karri Kiviluoma. Get it below the break.

Inversion gets three new multiplayer movies

Quick Shots: The Witcher II Enhanced and Dark Editions
CD Projekt has released a set of packshots for the Enhanced Edition of The Witcher II on PC and Xbox 360, as well as the Dark Edition for Xbox 360.The Enhanced Edition for PC will include all of the new cut-scenes along with the extra storyline added for the Xbox 360 release. First Witcher II 360 dev diary details new content, engine, more
CD Projekt’s released the first developer diary for The Witcher II on Xbox 360 following the game’s April release announcement a few weeks back. The video details the new content coming for the story and gameplay, how its bringing over improvements from the PC version to the console version and how it’ll be an adaptation of the PC SKU rather than a straight up port.

Inversion shots go heavy on multiplayer
Namco’s given CVG ten new shots of inversion, featuring the game’s multiplayer. The gravity-based, Gears of War-like shooter was set to come out worldwide next month, but was recently delayed for more polishing time. A new date is expected soon.
It’ll arrive on PS3 and 360.
