Tropico 4 Quick-Dry Cement DLC available now
Evil Avatar reports Kalypso has released a new Tropico 4 add-on for both PC and Xbox 360. The Quick-Dry Cement pack goes for $4.99 or 400 MS Points, and adds a cement factory building, the constructor character trait, an engineer helmet, a new mission theme, and a handful of new decorations. February 14th – Valentine’s Day – is a good day to spend time with your loved ones, maybe have a nice dinner, see a movie, spend a silly amount of money on flowers and chocolates… or you could stay at home, and load up Jagged Alliance: Back in Action, which launches on that precise date. Kalypso to publish retail version of Telltale’s Jurassic Park: The Game
Kalypso Media is to publish Telltale’s Jurassic Park: The Game, and boxes should land at retail in UK, Europe, Australia, South Africa and Asia during Q1 2012 on Xbox 360 and PC. No word just yet on whether the PS3 version will be published by the as well. “We are thrilled to partner with Telltale Games to bring Jurassic Park: The Game to retail in many territories,” said Kalypso Media Group’s global MD Simon Hellwig. Jagged Alliance: Back in Action set for global release in February 2012
Kalypso and bitComposer Games have announced that Jagged Alliance: Back in Action, the latest in the series of tactical turn-based games, will be released in February 2012 on PC. In it, players will be commanding teams of mercenaries as they attempt to retake the island nation of Arulco from an evil dictator. Players will take control of combat teams on the ground as well as manage the finances and the logistics of the long-overdue coup d’état.

El Presidente returning to Xbox 360 in Tropico 4
Kalypso has announced a release date for Tropico 4 on Xbox 360. The game, which was released on PC over the summer, contains 20 new missions across 10 new maps and new game features such as the ability to elect ministers into power to help get your more controversial decisions passed. It’s out on October 18.

Xbox 360 Tropico 4 delayed, arriving October 18
Hanging out for Tropico 4 on Xbox 360? Keep a-hangin’, publisher Kalypso Media has confirmed to Joystiq that the game planned for “mid-September” will now be arriving in mid-October.
Specifically, the game should start hitting shelves from October 18th, even though the PC version’s out already. We hear that “although it isn’t radically different in terms of visuals from its predecessor, it’s a better and more focused experience,” in case you were wondering.

Tropico 4 US release windows locked down
Kalypso has written to let us know it’s settled on a launch window for tropical island dictatorship sim, Tropico 4. The latest entry in the series is due on PC on August 30, and will arrive on Xbox 360 in mid September.

Quick Shots: The Dark Eye – Demonicon
Kalypso has sent over some in-game shots from The Dark Eye – Demonicon, showing some of the locations, characters and demons featured in the game. Demonicon tells the tragic love story of two people who become “the pawns of sinister forces in a world full of cruelty and depravity.” Both are constantly threatened by mortal danger and demonic temptation and their common destiny will “determine the fate of the entire continent and will be decided by the choices they make.” Demonicon is scheduled for release in 2012 for Windows PC and consoles, and a playable demo will be on-hand at gamescom next week.

Tropico 4 demo now available
Kalypso Media has released a demo of Tropico 4, which includes four tutorial missions and one campaign mission, where players will assume the role of the newly elected El Presidente who must build his island’s economy from a financial backwater to a world class economic superpower. Tropico 4 is set for release at the end of August, and for links to where you can download the demo, hit the page break.

Kalypso reveals main character from The Dark Eye – Demonicon
Kalypso has sent over a couple pieces of artwork from its upcoming RPG The Dark Eye – Demonicon. The art unveils Demonicon’s main character Cairon, who in the 25 years he has been alive has “bore witness to more horrors than most people endure in a lifetime.” He is apparently on the run in the Shadow Lands, and fights using arm-armour and sword. Check out the art below. Demonicon is in development from Noumena Studios, and is slated for a release on consoles and PC in 2012.
