Capcom’s loving remake DuckTales: Remastered is now available from really truly bricks and mortar shops in North America, rather than only through the tenuous wavings of the intertoobs. Those of you filled with nostalgia but bereft of a decent ADSL plan can thus rejoice. Developed by WayForward, it’ll set you back $20 and is available on PlayStation 3, Wii U and Xbox 360.

Dead Rising 3 may be an Xbox One launch title, but developer Capcom Vancouver has revealed that it was originally coined as a current-gen release on Xbox 360.

DuckTales: Remastered has been patched on all platforms. The update addresses pogo fixes, cutscene skipping, minor stability issues and more. You can find the full list of patch notes on Capcom Unity. DuckTales Remastered is available digitally through eShop, PSN, Steam and XBL. It will be released on disc in North America for PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii U on November 12 for $19.99 – $5 more than the digital version.

Dead Rising 3 screenshots have landed. You can look over them below the fold. We think they are new, but if not, they are new to us. The shots show survivors other than Nick, as well as mortal enemies instead of undead ones this time out. If you would rather see the game in action, hit up Sam’s 6-minute play session through here. Dead Rising 3 is out November 22 exclusively on Xbox One.

Dead Rising 3 features co-op for two players, but at one time Capcom Vancouver tested the sandbox game with up to four survivors at once. However, producer Mike Jones has revealed that it broke down the game’s network fidelity and was ultimately pared back in time for Xbox One’s release.

Dead Rising 3 releases in two weeks, and IGN has posted the first 25 minutes of the game. In the video, the game’s producer Josh Bridge is also discussing what you are seeing IGN pull off. It’s below. Dead Rising 3 is an Xbox One exclusive launching on November 22.

There’s a sizable chunk of folks out there who aren’t big fans of what second screen apps have been up to, but it could be that Blue Castle, developers of Dead Rising 3, have figured it out. If you use the SmartGlass app in conjunction with their Xbox One launch game, a character will call your phone.

Phantasm Studios has announced Ghosts ‘N Goblins: Demon World, a Kickstarter entry in Capcom’s venerable franchise that as of yet, doesn’t have Capcom’s blessing. Asking for $50,000 and targeting the Ouya, Xbox Live, PlayStation Network and “eShop” for release, Phantasm’s CEO Monty Singleton is adamant that even should the game not get Capcom’s go ahead, it will release with just a slightly altered title and name for Arthur. Yep, the next-gen launch title about zombies has a Halloween-themed trailer the day before that most wonderful holiday (of, if you’re Down Under, Happy Halloween already!). Also, Capcom revealed its season pass plans for the game: $30 gets you four packs that go for $10 each individually. Each pack will have extra items and missions to take on.
