As if Atlus didn’t rock enough already, the firm has sent out a lovely email letting Atlus Faithful, know that reprints of Radiant Historia will start hitting shelves in late March. If you want someone to thank for such wondrous news, take your right arm, reach it around your left shoulder, and start patting yourself on the back with with the hand attached. The DS game will not include the bonus soundtrack CD released with it the first time out, but still, more Radiant Historia hitting shelves is sufficient enough cause for celebration.

Atlus to release Growlanser: Wayfarer of Time in US this summer
Atlus has confirmed it’s to release Growlanser: Wayfarer of Time in the US for this summer. The title will come to PSP following the release of Growlanser: Heritage of War for PS2 in 2007, and takes place in “a land—once rich with culture and technology—long ago nearly obliterated by evanescent divine entities. Two millennia later, the mysterious entities appear again, threatening to bring about an end to all things unless a fabled warrior of destiny can rise against them,” according to the company on the US PS Blog. More details can be found at the link.

Growlanser: Wayfarer of Time hitting PSP this summer in the US
Atlus has announced it’s to release Growlanser: Wayfarer of Time in the US. The PSP game is an updated version of Japan’s Growlanser IV: Over Reloaded, which is a port of PS2′s GLIV:Wayfarer of Time, released in Japan back in 2003. New features in the handheld version will include new story scenes, 40 different endings, new events, vacations, and more. Atlus noted in the newsletter announcing the title that the animated cutscenes will be fully-voiced, but the rest of the game will not due to licensing issues with the original’s Japanese voice track. However, the script has been expanded vastly, and it also proved to be “prohibitive” to providing an English voice tracks, but hopefully the one will outweigh the other in that respect. You can expect the RPG to land at retail sometime this summer.

Devil Survivor 2 teaser challenges you to survive or die
Here’s another short teaser for Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2. Survive or Die, the tagline trumpets; there probably isn’t a third option like “become a zombie” or “exist in a perpetual twilight half-state between two diametrically opposed positions”. The tactical RPG is the latest in Atlus’ confusing taxonomy of shared-fiction series, which also includes the Persona line. It arrives on DS in the US in February. A remake of the first game appeared on 3DS in August.

Atlus to release Gungnir on PSN and PSP June 12
After teasing us for a little over a week, Atlus has announced it’s releasing Gungnir on PSP and PSN June 12. Watch a video for it below. The tactical RPG is from Sting, which created gems such as Knights in the Nightmare, Riviera, and Yggdra Union. We kind of guessed what it was, so it wasn’t that big of a surprise. However, the publisher has started another announcement tease, and apparently this game also starts with the letter “G”. The next clue for this game will be revealed sometime in January.

Mysterious Atlus title is the fourth in a series
Atlus has added another clue to its slow tease of information regarding an unannounced title. The latest tidbit suggests we’re looking at the fourth entry in a series – this probably rules out Gungnir, which was itself the ninth entry in a series. So far all we know is the game’s title begins with G and ends with R, and that it could be classified as a strategy RPG. Siliconera has its money on PS2-era TRPG Growlanser IV: Wayfarer of the Time.

Atlus teases game release with letters “G” and “R” – could be Gungnir
Altus is teasing a game announcement, and apparently it starts with the letter “G”. According to a newsletter we received as part of the Atlus Faithful, the first clue is said seventh letter of the alphabet, and the second clue to the mystery game is posted on Facebook. It’s the letter “R”, which is apparently the last letter in the game’s name. Many folks are guessing away on the Facebook page, with likely names being Guilty Gear or, what we think it is, Gungnir: The War Hero and the War God’s Demon Lance – the game Sting Team released on PSP in Japan over the summer. If so, as long as the name is, we’re hoping Atlus doesn’t put a clue up for every single letter.
