Distant Worlds tickets for London go on sale
Tickets for the latest Distant Worlds concert in London has gone on sale this morning ahead of the 25th anniversary of Final Fantasy this year. VIP tickets, which cost £135 but involved a VIP meeting with famed Final Fantasy composer Nobuo Uematsu and Distant Worlds conductor Arnie Roth, seem to be sold out, but standard tickets are still available. Get them from the Royal Albert Hall box office here. Prepare for the long wait, though.

Bush hitting Rock Band 3 next week
Harmonix has announced Bush tracks will be made available for Rock Band 3 on February 7 for PS3, Wii, and Xbox 360. The tracks are from the band’s 1994 debut, Sixteen Stone, and the DLC consists of the following tracks: Everything Zen, Comedown, and Machinehead. The tracks will be made available for PS3 the following day in Europe, as part of the weekly PSN update. Each will run you the normal rate, and for an extra $0.99 you can upgrade the song Machinehead to Pro bass and guitar. A track pack will be made available for $5.49.

Square music portal offers up soundtracks and sheet music for The Piano Opera: Final Fantasy I/II/III
Square Enix has opened a website portal which devoted entirely to its Piano Collections series of game soundtracks. At present, the site contains piano renditions of Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts music,. and soon, NieR. The Piano Opera: Final Fantasy I/II/III soundtrack site has also been updated with track lists, samples, and composer comments from Nobuo Uematsu and Hiroyuki Nakayama. The soundtrack will be released on February 29 for ¥2,800 ($36.74), and sheet music will be available starting in March for ¥1,800 ($23.62). Thanks, Andriasang.

Theatrhythm to have paid DLC through “Nintendo Network”
Some leaked boxart for Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy shows that the game will contain paid download content, as well as support something called “Nintendo Network”. The dummy art, which first popped up on NeoGAF, shows that the game, as promised, will have DLC released for it but it looks like it will cost you according to the fine print. The game launches on 3DS in Japan on February 16, which would make it the first game to have paid DLC on the system. Likely, Nintendo will announce something pertaining to “Nintendo Network” sometime between now and then, still, we’ll send a mail. Thanks, Andriasang.

The Edgar Winter Group, Korn hitting Rock Band 3 next week
Harmonix has announced two tracks from The Edgar Winter Group’s album, They Only Come Out at Night, and two from Korn will be released for Rock Band 3 next week. The tracks are: Free Ride, Frankenstein, Freak on a Leash, and Falling Away from Me. The former tracks from Winter contain keyboard support, with the later containing Pro Guitar/Pro Bass as well. Each track will run you the usual price on PS3, Wii, and Xbox 360 come January 17.
