World of Tanks Update 8.6 is now available in Europe and will roll out to the rest of the world later this month. Southeast Asia will see the update go live on June 20, while American and South Korean players will get the update on June 25 and July 4, respectively. The latest update brings further changes and balance to the in-game economy, as well as adds new SPGs to Tier X. Along with the new artillery units, Update 8.6 also adds a new premium British tank, the A33 Excelsior, as well as a new battle arena-Sacred Valley, based on a Korean setting. A video is below.

The Bureau: XCOM Declassified publisher 2K Games has confirmed that the title’s first DLC pack is coming exclusively to Xbox 360 if you pre-order the game. We’ve also got a new ‘Battle Focus’ trailer that shows the game’s strategic play at work.

Loading Studios has released an early demo of its in-development, first-person tower defence effort, Space Nomads. You can download the demo from the game’s newly launched Indiegogo campaign, which is after CAD $60,000. Be aware that it is probably far from representative of the finished product, but if it takes your fancy the indie is offering a number of incentives to help out with the Linux, Mac and PC title.

17-BIT has announced Skulls of the Shogun for non-Windows 8 users called Skulls of the Shogun: Bone-A-Fide Edition. It will be released on Steam and includes all the content from the original, along with a four-chapter episode taking place after the original’s ending. It also comes a new character, the Tanuki, which uses taunts and teleportation skills. The game will release on Steam in July and it is now available for pre-order for $11.99. After the game launches it will run you $14.99.

Amplitude Studios has entered the final stage of development for Disharmony, the first official expansion to Endless Space. To celebrate, the developer has released some screenshots for the content.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown has been dated for an iOS release on June 20. It’ll cost $20 in the States, £13.99 in the UK & 17.99 Euros across Europe, and while that’s a lot of money bear in mind the game is almost a direct port of the console and PC game that launched last year.

Civilization 5: Brave New World has a new video available from E3, which focuses diplomacy which is apparently a big deal in the game as in life. I’d fail miserably and just launch an all out war with my neighbors. This is why I don’t play strategy games: I am horrible at them. Anyway, watch the trailer below. Brave New World is expected in North America on July 9 and elsewhere on July 12.

This week’s Humble Bundle sale stars 11 bit Studios, developer of Anomaly Warzone Earth, which also happens to be the headline game. The DRM-free, cross-platform, pay-what-you-want package also includes Anomaly Warzone Earth: Mobile Campaign, Sleepwalker’s Journey, Funky Smugglers and – for those who pay more than average – a bonus copy of Anomaly Korea and a pile of digital content. As ever, you decide where you money goes – charities, indie devs, the organisers or a split between all three.

It’s a little hard to tell when you’re looking at multiplayer in an RTS game, but Sega has solved this dilemma by occasionally splitting this Company of Heroes 2 trailer into four individual views. I am not 100% certain this tactic is helpful, but here you go anyway.

Less than one week after launch, Mousechief’s 7 Grand Steps is close to bringing in $100,000 for the indie developer, Keith Nemitz told Joystiq. The $15 board game is on sale on Steam during its launch period and is available for both Mac and PC. A DRM-free version is available, too.
