Front the cash for Madden NFL 25 at GameStop before release date and you’ll receive three classic 49ers players for Connected Franchise and Ultimate Team mode – former owner Eddie DeBartolo Jr, former coach Bill Walsh and four-time Super Bowl champion quarterback Joe Montana, according to Joystiq. Madden 25 celebrates the franchise’s anniversary, and hits PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in late August. A special Anniversary Edition is available.

The first screen shots for Ashes Cricket 2013 have been released. They feature mean wearing white sweaters, helmets, and hitting balls with willow bats. 505 will release Ashes Cricket 2013 Xbox 360, PS3, PC and Wii U June 21.

Nick Channon, FIFA 14 producer, has told VG247′s Sam Clay that it’s rather nice for the series to have become part of the “fabric of football.” He also said EA is proud of the fact it can connect the game’s users to the real sport. EA Sports has released some videos showing off its new Ingnite Engine. Feast your eyes below. EA Sports announced a partnership today with Xbox One, but didn’t go into details on what it was – likely it has to do with exclusive content for its UFC, NBA Live, and Madden licenses. The firm announced today that FIFA 14 Ultimate Team would launch on Xbox One exclusively, so the partnerships is likely more incentives such as this; however, the games will also be released on PS4, but whether versions for Sony’s console will also contain exclusive content remains to be seen.

NBA Live 14 has been announced for next-generation consoles by Electronic Arts CFO Blake Jorgensen. The news was revealed as part of his talk during the Stifel Nicolaus 2013 Internet, Media and Communications Conference today. The game is set for release later this year, and may be part of the new Xbox console reveal today, if NBA Live tweets are any indication. NBA Live 13 was set to be the latest game in the series, slated for last fall, but was ultimately cancelled by EA with the promise the franchise would return in 2013. Thanks, Polygon.
