EverQuest Next confirmed as official title of new MMORPG
EverQuest franchise diector Dave Georgeson has confirmed on Twitter that the next EverQuest game is officially titled EverQuest Next. The game was announced under the same moniker way back in 2010, but it was described as a working title only. We’ve heard very little since, although Massively reports development was completely rebooted at least once, so don’t hold your breath; that said, there are hints we may see it this year.

Metal Max 4: Moonlight Diva has been announced for 3DS. The RPG, vehicle combat titles takes place in a post apocalyptic world with an open ended gameplay and combat dogs.The game was announced via Famitsu and will be released in Japan this fall. Knights of Pen & Paper +1 Edition is now available on PC, Mac, iOS, and Android devices. The new +1 Edition adds new content not included in the mobile game from Behold Studios, such as new game areas, a longer campaign, a tavern, dungeon raids, and more loot. The game will run you $9.99,and there’s a premium Digital Deluxe Edition available for $14.99. The iOS and Android versions are available for $2.99, and everybody who already owns Knights of Pen & Paper on a mobile device will be leveled up to the +1 Edition for free.

The Witch and the Hundred Knights coming to Europe in 2014
The Witch and the Hundred Knights will be released in Europe during spring 2014, Nippon Ichi Software has announced. The game lands on PS3 in Japan next month. The game was announced in March 2012 and was expected in the west sometime this year. Better late than never, I suppose. With the European release window outed, we expect to the North American release around the same time. We’ll ask just in case. Thanks, Eurogamer.

Fable 3 will be free until June 30, not part of Microsoft’s Games with Gold incentive
Microsoft has said Fable 3 will be free until June 30 through Xbox Live Gold, and it is not part of its Games with Gold incentive which was announced during Mircosoft’s E3 briefing last week. Come July 1, Gold subs will get two free games as per the announcement: Assassin’s Creed 2 and Halo 3. Microsoft hasn’t said whether both games will be released in tangent or not, but upon availability, the digital download will be the players to keep as long as they wish “no matter what.” Via Gamespot.

Witcher 3 dev says the game counts, not the money
