Dust: An Elysian Tail to be playable at PAX East
The winning entry in 2009′s Dream.Build.Play competition, Dust: An Elysian Tail, will be playable at Microsoft’s Xbox Live Arcade booth at PAX East next weekend. The news was announced via the developer’s Twitter account. The game should be completed before the end of the first half of 2012, and more updates on the title are to be revealed in the months leading up to release on XBLA. Only four days left until Kickstarter appeal ends for Auditorium 2: Duet
Cipher Prime has said there are only four days left until its Kickstarter appeal ends for Auditorium 2: Duet. ”Our Kickstarter is coming down to the line,” reads a notice on the page. “A huge thank you for all of your support so far.Please continue to spread the word, [and] if you would consider raising your pledge even just a little, that would be awesome.” The goal is to earn $60,000 in funding, and so far, 1,395 people have backed the title with $51,466. Backers will not have their cards charged should the Kickstarter fall through.

Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken releasing on Vita this holiday season
Ratloop’s 2D-puzzler action title Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken will be released on Vita in the west close to the holidays, according to a trailer released by the developer. Warp appears on Steam, but still no EA-Valve agreement
As handily pointed out by VG247 reader DSB, Warp — a recently released EA-published puzzler — is currently available on Steam with a sizable list of Origin-related restrictions. That, of course, is a bit “Bwaaaah?”-worthy, seeing as EA and Valve spent the better part of last year at each other’s throats over Valve’s “restrictive” terms of service. So then, have the two finally kissed, made up, and sworn to forever be BFFs on Gabe Newell’s beard? No such luck, EA has told VG247.
