Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn beta nets 676 lovely screenshots

Wargaming accepting applications for World of Tanks Xbox 360 beta
World of Tanks will be going into beta for Xbox 360, and Wargaming is accepting applications. An Xbox Live Gold account is required to participate in it. The game will be free-to-play with an XBL Gold memberships when it launches this summer, but Silver members will be able to try out a demo to see if it warrants a Gold membership for them. Neverwinter beta to conclude with three-phase event
The Neverwinter beta is coming to an end soon, and it is going out with a bang of sorts. Starting today, a three part event for players in the beta will commence along with double the rewards until June 17. Then, the second phase starts in which players will be tasked with guarding the Protector’s Enclave until June 20. Finally, the third phase on June 19 add stronger and more monster. Those who succeed in the final two phases will be handed a companion, special rewards and other goodies. The event ends when the game launches on June 20. To get you excited for launch, Cryptic has released a new “What is Neverwinter” trailer. Enjoy.

Final Fantasy 14 developer video discusses “F.A.T.E.” events
Square Enix has released a developer video for Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn which discusses the MMO’s Full Active Time Events, also known as F.A.T.E. These are events in the game which can happen randomly while the player is minding his or her own business running about the game world. The events can come in the form of a huge monster spawn, or a group of such appearing in non-instanced areas. When it occurs, an alert will pop up on the game screen so player in the zone can join in. Find out more below. Game’s out on PC and PS3 in August and will release on PS4.

World of Tanks trial to be offered to XBL Silver members
Wargaming has announced it will offer Xbox 360 players a free trial of World of Tanks to Silver members of Xbox Live. While a Gold membership will still be needed to play the free-to-play game online at launch, this way everyone can try before they buy. World of Tanks will release on Xbox 360 this summer. Rift has gone free-to-play, new content available for all
Today’s the day, friends; fantasy MMORPG Rift is now free to play. Trion Worlds is determined to keep Rift fair for all players, whether they choose to pay or not – no restrictions on levels or content, and all the best items must be earned in-game, not bought in a shop. To get things off on the right foot, the developer has released the Empyreal Assault update which includes a stack of new content available to everybody – a new zone called Dendrome, a ten player raid, a Chronicle and open-world raid bosses. Black Desert screens escape E3 by roundabout means
Black Desert is a sandbox MMO from Pearl Abyss that we know very little about, but a pile of new screens have turned up which show a giant eating party and I am so down with that. The images were released for E3, but haven’t arrived via the usual channels, instead appearing on a Korean website and heading west with watermarks on them. Nevertheless, Massively has a gallery.
