Dead Rising 3 features co-op for two players, but at one time Capcom Vancouver tested the sandbox game with up to four survivors at once. However, producer Mike Jones has revealed that it broke down the game’s network fidelity and was ultimately pared back in time for Xbox One’s release.

Red Thread Games has announced Draugen, a first-person survival horror adventure set amongst Norway’s misty fjords in the 20s. The studio received a $144,000 grant from the Norwegian Film Institute to develop the game for PC/Mac/Linux and next generation consoles. Check out some screens and art after the break.

Yep, the next-gen launch title about zombies has a Halloween-themed trailer the day before that most wonderful holiday (of, if you’re Down Under, Happy Halloween already!). Also, Capcom revealed its season pass plans for the game: $30 gets you four packs that go for $10 each individually. Each pack will have extra items and missions to take on.
