SSFIV AE Ver 2012 update out February 21, SFxTK goes gold
Capcom’s announced it’ll release the Ver 2012 update for Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition from February 21 on PS3 and 360. The free update will balance gameplay and remove any bugs and glitches. The arcade version wil get the update on February 14. Once more, producer Tomoaki Ayano has said on Unity that Street Fighter x Tekken has now gone Gold. He celebrated the news by teasing a new character, showing a screen featuring the outline of what appears to Bison. SFxTK launches in March for PS3 and 360.

First Mortal Kombat Vita footage is gory and thensome
The US PS Blog has posted a video featuring near two minutes of gameplay of Mortal Kombat for Vita, the first showing its gotten since it was announced. 15 minute SFxT video sees features Daigo trying it out for first time
Andriasang‘s posted a 15 minute video of Street Fighter x Tekken being played for the first time by Daigo ‘The Beast’ Umehara. The multiple-times EVO champ on Street Fighter IV and subsequent versions has a look at the menus and a few matches in the clip, which is the first of four to come. Get it below.

Screens, art, trailer for UMvC3 show Vita’s Gold Herald color options, fighting
Capcom has released a large set of assets and a few bits of art for Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 for Vita. The artwork provides a look at the exclusive Gold Herald color options available for all characters and players can obtain these through costume sharing on Vita’s NEAR function. The screens and gameplay video detail what players can expect when firing the game up. UMvC3 will release on Vita February 22, and is also included in the First Edition Vita bundle which arrives in mailboxes February 15.
