Shadow of the Eternals video shows nine minutes of gameplay
Shadow of the Eternals has a new video available showing over nine minutes of gameplay and cinematic footage. The episodic game in the works at Precursor Games, is the “spritual successor” to Silicon Knights’ Eternal Darkness and is currently seeking crowd-funding. So far, the firm has garnered $137,848 towards its $1,500,000 goal, thanks to 2334 backers. It has 26 days left on the clock. Thanks, EdNorton.

The Walking Dead disc version now available at UK retail
The Walking Dead is now available for purchase at UK retailers on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. Announced back in April, the retail version is published by Avanquest Software, and contains the complete first season of the game. You can pick it up through Amazon, GAME, ASDA, Sainsbury’s, Smyth’s Toy Superstore, GameStop, Tesco, ShoptoNet and other online games retailers.

Puppeteer gameplay and “special heads” videos released
Sony Japan Studio has released an adorable video for Puppeteer, showing off some gameplay. It’d below, courtesy of GamesHQMedia. There’s also a video below, which features clips taken from the 9 second head trailers the firm released earlier this month. They are all together in one nice look for you now. Puppeteer will arrive on PSN and at retail in North America September 10 and in Europe September 11 for $39.99/€39.99.

Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller Episode 3 due next week
The third episode of Phoenix Online’s Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller drops on May 16 for iPad, Mac and PC. Called The Oracle, this instalment has players taking control of both the titular protagonist and the serial killer she’s been stalking. Check out a new trailer and some screens through the break, and pick up the first two episodes, The Hangman and The Wise Monkey; the conclusion is expected in late northern summer.
