Son of Nor developer StillAlive Studios has added Oculus Rift support to the game, as if support for mind control device Emotiv EPOC wasn’t enough to whet your whistle. The video below features the action-adventure game’s producer Chris Polus casting spells, exploring and solving puzzles along with the announcement of Rift support. Watch below. With five days left on Kickstarter, the project has garnered $93,846 in funding towards the $150,000 goal.

LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes is now available for Wii. The game was released last year on other platforms and sales reached over 3.5 million. The game can be purchased through retail or through the eShop for €49.99 / £39.99. Check out the launch trailer below showing off all sorts of neat Wii U features and cuteness.

SEGA has released another teaser image for Sonic: Lost World. This one shows silhouettes of characters we can probably expect to be in the game. The last teaser image was revealed while the last Nintendo Direct was going on, which was when the Wii U exclusive was announced. Check out the teaser image in full below. More on the game is expected to be revealed on May 29.

Epic Mickey 2 will be released on Vita next month, with new features making use of the handheld’s touch capabilities. It will also contain ad hoc network functionality, the ability to control paint, thinner and Oswald’s electric beam, and make use of the “orientation-based controls” for the camera and while driving. Might and Delight has announced its new project, Shelter, has been given a set of new screenshots and new gameplay footage. You can have a look at both below. The game is still under development, but the assets should give you an idea of how the game is coming along. Shelter, which stars a badger mother and her cubs, is scheduled for release on PC and Mac in 2013.

Jean Guesdon, creative director at Ubisoft Montreal, has told VG247 that while the PS4 is definitely a hug leap forward compared to PS3, those who plan on purchasing Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag for PS3 won’t be disappointed, as it will still be a stellar experience.

Ghost of a Tale, the PC adventure game from ex-Dreamworks and Universal animator Lionel Gallat, has surpassed its funding goal on IndieGoGo, despite the crowd-funding site going down twice during the fundraising drive. The project initially needed €45,000 for development, but backers provided €48,700 in funding, making it a rousing success. The adorable game where you play a little mouse in a dangerous world, will be released on PC upon completion. A dedicated site and forums are in the works, but until either are up, you ca keep track of the development process through the funding page.

Sony has released some screenshots of Media Molecule’s Tearaway along with one of the skin your pig mount can don once you pre-order. There’s also some box art posted below alongside some gameplay footage posted earlier by
AGB. Game’s out on Vita in October.
