Lord of the Rings and DDO demos coming to Gaikai
Gaikai has announced an agreement with Warner Bros. which incorporates playable, browser-based game demos for the Lord of the Rings Online as well as Dungeons & Dragons Online which will be the first MMOs to surface on the streaming service.

New Gaikai demos – The Darkness II, Anno 2070, more
Gaikai has added a pile of new demos to its test page, including The Darkness II, The Adventures of Tin Tin, Anno 2070, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, and more. The streaming games advertising platform is expected on Facebook shortly, and is preparing to launch full length games, but for now, head on over to gaikai.com to try out games right from your browser. Gakai coming to Facebook soon, WoW shown running through the social site

Dead Rising 2 demo now on Gaikai
Gaikai has updated its catalogue of browser-based triple A demos to include Dead Rising 2. If your browser can run Java, you can have a go at the 30 minute offering – head on over to Gaikai’s Showcase to try it out, and hit the escape key to skip cut scenes. Other available demos include Dead Space 2, Bulletstorm, and Magicka.
Dead Rising 2 released in September last year, on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

FIFA 12 gets playable Gaikai demo from YouTube
Kotaku’s reporting that FIFA 12 has received a playable demo from Gaikai that can be accessed via YouTube. The demo, which was tweeted out earlier by Gaikai CEO Dave Perry, lets you play using any OS and browser. Get details here. The demo’s only available for the US and Canada right now, though.
