ZombiU Deluxe Set announced for Wii U
Nintendo has announced a ZombiU bundle for North America. Called the ZombiU Deluxe Set, the Wii U bundle comes with the game along with the black deluxe system and gamepad, a Pro controller, and a digital copy of Nintendo Land. It will run you $390 and releases on February 17.

Sony provides update on US PlayStation Network maintenance
Sony has provided and update to the maintenance period for PlayStation Network. The service went down yesterday for an upgrade, and was supposed to be back up last night. However, Sony has said to expect the service to remain offline until 9.00pm PST/12.00am EST tonight. Those who signed into the service five days prior to the start of maintenance may be able to play games online and use select apps during the down time. Service downtime to apply an update in Europe is scheduled for Thursday, February 2.

Sony has announced a bundle featuring the Classic White PS3 for $299.99. The Classic White PS3 Instant Game Collection Bundle comes with a 500GB hard drive and a one-year membership to PlayStation Plus, and the Instant Game Collection which features LittleBigPlanet 2, inFAMOUS 2, Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Gravity Rush, WipeOut 2048 and more. Game consoles are third largest category of connected devices in the US – NPD
The latest NPD report cites game consoles as the third largest category of online devices connected to the Internet by residents of the United States. Figures in the report show 425 million web-connected devices in US American homes, 39 million of which are game consoles. The figures are interesting because the most recent US census report shows 315 million people live in the country – meaning there are 110 million more devices connected online than there are residents. Other connected devices used are as follows: desktops/laptops (183.8 million), smartphones (133 million), 31.8 million tablets, 16 million online HDTVs, 12.9 million connected Blu-ray players, and 8.5 million streaming media boxes. The Walking Dead now available at North American retailers
The Walking Dead is now available for purchase from North American retailers on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, Telltale has announced. Previously only available as a digital download, the retail version of the game series sells will run you $29.99, and compiles entire first season of the game, which debuted in April. The Walking Dead is also available to download for Mac through the Telltale Online Store and other digital outlets as well as the App Store.
