Tickets on sale for EVE Online Fanfest 2012
CCP has opened ticket sales for EVE Online Fanfest 2012, which takes place on March 22-24 at the Harpa Conference Center in Reykjavík, Iceland. A special early bird pricing deal will run until January 31 to secure your entry for $100, after which you’ll be asked to cough up $125. This year’s event boasts the usual announcements and presentations from developers; competitions; tournaments; parties; pub crawls; Iceland tourist tours you can purchase with PLEX; and exclusive access to DUST 514, including new info, playable demos and a beta key. Euro PS Store and Plus update, December 7 – LEGO Harry Potter, Resistance 3, Pink Knight, BF3
Sony has updated the European end of Plus and the PS Store, and along with the Pink Knight for Castle Crashers, there’s the new Brutality Pack for Resistance 3, Muppet skins for your Sackboy,and LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5 to 7 for PSP. Back to Karkand for Battlefield 3 is out as well, and as promised yesterday, Tomb Raider: Underworld is free for Plus members starting today.

European Final Fantasy XIII-2 pre-order bonus detailed
Square Enix is letting Europeans in on the transforming weapon madness too, offering Noel’s Muramasa weapon as a pre-order bonus through “certain retailers”. It can be a sword, a spear, or I don’t even know, some sort of enormous sword thing. The new bonus comes in addition to a number of extras included in a previously detailed pre-order pack. Final Fantasy XIII-2 releases in early 2012 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
