Soon, the PS4 will be able to play Blu-rays in 3D

Ohhh. Yesterday’s PS4 firmware wasn’t the one Sony was talking about when it promised some news.

  • You can now earn Sony Rewards points with any PSN purchase

    Previously, the Sony Rewards program would only award points for PSN purchases if you paid with a Sony credit card, but now all purchases from the PlayStation Store and the Sony Store, as well as Sony-related purchases from select online retailers, will earn you points.

  • Redbox app hitting PS3 today

    The PlayStation 3 has four billion video apps, but not all of them. In today’s PlayStation Store update, Sony is adding another one, however, in the form of the Redbox Instant app.
