Here's a Titanfall 2 accolades trailer to remind you more than one shooter released in October

Titanfall 2 released too close to Battlefield 1 but it's not too late to climb onboard the other shooter of 2016.

Titanfall 2 has received a lot of praise from players and critics but it hasn't made waves the way Battlefield 1 has - and I think we all know why, don't we, EA?

But now that the Battlefield 1 hype is dying down a little bit, maybe it's time to take a look? I imagine that's the message of this Titanfall 2 accolades trailer, which focuses on the word "encore", and includes a stack of impressive scores and quotes.

I noticed we're included in this trailer; apparently we called Titanfall 2 "glorious". A bit of searching suggests this quote originates either in Matt's review of Titanfall 2's single-player campaign ("It’s a glorious power fantasy where augmented freedom fighters zip around a battlefield taking on crooked corporations and their scene-chewing mercenaries") or my raptures over the fact that you can spray paint your Titan hot pink if you fancy it ("Titanfall 2 ushers in a glorious new future of fluorescent mechsuit companions").

Probably the former, innit. Still, I stand by my opinion: being able to rock around in a polka dot robot is a good time. Good choice of lyrics in this trailer, by the way - "what the hell are you waiting for" and "all I want to do is me more like me and be less like you" are both messages pretty appropriate to Titanfall 2 and its unfortunate release timing.
