Destiny: Xur location and inventory for November 18, 19

Come check out what your boy Xur has for sale this week.
Xur: Agent of the Nine, is once again back to take away all those Strange Coins you've been hoarding. That's assuming you like what he's selling, of course.
Outside of the usual Exotic weapons and armour, Xur now also sells weapon Ornaments. He brings two of them each week, and you can only buy them using Silver Dust. Silver Dust is found in Radiant Treasure chests.
Xur can be found at his usual spot in the Reef this weekend. Make sure your business with him is concluded before 9am GMT on Sunday, November 20.

The SUROS Regime does look pretty cool, but that's about it.
