PS4 Slim will be released in September

More evidence points to a Slim release in September.

With rumours whirling around about the PS4 slim and Sony's PlayStation Meeting happening in September, it's been difficult not to get swept up in the hype.

But it looks like Eurogamer has tapped into another source that has confirmed the PS4 slim will release in September.

"Sony will hold an event on 7th September in New York...Eurogamer understands the PS4 Slim will be released shortly after this event, later in September. We don't know how much it will cost, however, but the expectation is it will be cheaper than the original PS4."

Sony has refrained from making any comment on the rumours thus far, and with the conference only a few weeks away, they may leave us to speculate amongst ourselves until then.
