Xbox One S 2TB Launch Edition release date confirmed

The 2TB Xbox One S launch edition is coming to stores on August 2, and if you pre-ordered, it'll show up at your door on the same day it hits the shelves.

As well as the huge hard drive, you can watch Blu-ray movies, and stream video in 4K Ultra HD with High Dynamic Range (HDR).

The bundle comes with a wireless controller with Bluetooth support that you can also pick up separately for $59.99/£49.99.

The 2TB Xbox One S launch edition will retail for $399/£349.99, but if that's a bit steep and you don't need such a capacious hard drive, you can get 1 TB and 500GB consoles for $349/£299.99 and $299/£249.99 respectively. The release dates on these options have yet to be confirmed.
