Pokemon Go has officially launched in the UK. The augmented reality RPG's push into mainland Europe started off with yesterday's German release.

Just a few minutes ago, Pokemon Go became available on the Google Play Store as well as the iOS App Store. More European countries will surely follow in the next few days.

You can download it from here for iOS, or through this link for Android.

Alternatively, you can search for it in either app and you should be sorted. Just make sure to download the one by Niantic Labs, just in case any clones exist.

Many in the UK have been playing the game since its launch in the US last week, but doing so required a little bit of know-how. There's no need for that now, thanks to the official release.

If you're just about to start your adventure, or have been playing for a while and feel like you could more out of the game, our full guide has a lot of useful tips.
