Halo 5: more Warzone Firefight update details revealed

Halo 5 developer 343 promised to release one big update for the game every month after launch, to bring new content and add new features.

If you follow the game closely, you'll know that we didn't get a big update in May. That's because the studio is gearing up for the big Warzone Firefight update. Though we still don't have a release date, the latest community update revealed a bunch of new details.

First off, in addition to bringing Firefight to Halo 5, the update will add three new maps, two for Warzone and one for Arena, as well as the recently revealed campaign score attack mode.

We were also shown Prospect, one of the update's Warzone maps. The map is located in Meridian, as seen in the game's campaign. Set in a mining facility, Prospect features plenty of flanking routes, cover pieces and some scaffoldings for sniper play.

Forge is also getting an update in the form of a new canvas. Take a look at some Prospect screens below as well as what's been revealed so far from the update.
