Scalebound's massive boss fights headed to Xbox One and Windows 10
Scalebound's development has already seen reboots and delays, but is remarkably close to bringing us large-scale multiplayer dragon combat you probably didn't know you wanted. If the latest E3 trailer is anything to go on, it's getting closer to achieving that goal. Perhaps even more promising is that Scalebound is extending its Xbox One exclusive status to include the Windows 10 platform.
The trailer itself provides a glimpse of Scalebound's co-operative mode, where a team of dragon riding players take on a massive crab-like boss that fills much of the environment. Players can fight using ranged attacks from the ground, or leap onto their dragons for ariel assaults. There are even melee combos that unleash devastating damage with the right timing, and should make for some impressive combats. We'll find out when Scalebound launches for Xbox One in 2017.
