GTA Online's latest patch added an anti-grief feature

GTA Online got a new feature designed to make encountering good players less frustrating.

Rockstar released a big patch for GTA Online last week. The update brought load time reduction as well as a number of other fixes.

One feature in particular, buried in the long list of notes, is designed to stop griefing among players. It's called 'Ghosted to Player' and it's an option you can see on the Wasted screen.

What this does is make your character, and that of your killer, invincible for two minutes. You have to meet certain criteria in order to to see this option, though.

First, you have to be killed by the same player three times within five minutes. You also must not have dealt any damage to them during the three encounters.

This option can be seen alongside Respawn, Passive, and One on One Deathmatch options. You just need to hit R1/RB to select it.
