Alan Wake's Return pops up in Quantum Break

Alan Wake fans who pick up Quantum Break will be rewarded for their faith with a flurry of Easter Eggs.

We still don't know what exactly Alan's Wake Return might be, but we do know it makes quite an interesting appearance in Quantum Break.

An extended and detailed reference to the mystery project can be viewed within the first few hours of the game, according to a Polygon preview.

That's just the first of of a couple of Alan Wake references uncovered in Remedy's latest so far. If you're an Alan Wake fan I suspect you'll enjoy these moments a lot more if you see them in Quantum Break without having the experience spoiled ahead of time, so I don't describe them here. Quantum Break releases in April for PC and Xbox One. A hybrid live action TV show and video game, it streams video from the cloud because the branching storyline means there's no way it could fit on a disc.
