Slashy Souls is a Dark Souls-inspired mobile game that's out tomorrow

Looks like that Bandai Namco trademark for Slashy Souls is a mobile spin-off of the popular Dark Souls series.

Slashy Souls will launch tomorrow, February 28, according to Polygon. The game is only "inspired by" the Dark Souls series, as it doesn't contain a direct connection to the PC and console titles.

Like its sibling, though, it contains challenging gameplay and similar "themes."

Slashy Souls was developed by Namco in partnerships with GameStop and it will be made available on both iOS and Android.

Head through the Polygon link and you can watch a video of the game in action. Or watch it on YouTube.

If mobile games aren't your cup of tea, Dark Souls 3 releases on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One April 12.
