Original Story

There's an increasing number of reports from Steam users who can't access The Division beta popping up online.

The Division beta is now live for PC and PS4 players. However, it seems those with pre-orders through Steam are still unable to play like everyone else.

Reports from those who can't play the beta are showing up on the Steam forums, Twitter and other places.

Thankfully, Ubisoft is aware and has issued an update to confirm it's investigating. "We've noticed on the forums that some Steam players are unable to access the beta for Tom Clancy’s The Division," reads the update.

"We are actively reaching out to Steam to resolve the issue and will keep you updated as we know more. Thank you for your patience and understanding."

We'll update the story when the issue is resolved.
