Return to the world of Shelter 2 as a baby lynx in Paws

Shelter 2 tasked you with playing as a mother lynx protecting her den of kittens. Now with paws, you get to play as one of those kittens.

Might and Delight announced Paws today, and in it you play one of the lynx babies who is lost and must find it's way home.

Great Caesars ghost. More tugging at the heart strings, eh Might and Delight?

At least you won't be going it alone: you will have a bear buddy tagging along.

The standalone adventure platformer features a new set of dangers in an "unsettling atmosphere" unlike previously experienced environments in the Shelter series.

Also new to the series is the track sensing ability which should help the little cub out in such a dangerous world.

"As the world of Shelter continues to grow, so has the opportunity to expand on the experiences and variety of stories we can tell," studio CEO Anders Westin said in the press release.

"We've also been hugely inspired by the feedback and continued support of our fans, who have shown a clear indication to delve further into the Shelter universe. This isn't Shelter 2. This is a big scary world as viewed through the eyes of a little cub."

Paws is set for release on Steam and other retail outlets on March 24. An expanded edition of the game will come bundled with an original soundtrack, along The Lonesome Fog interactive books segment.

Shelter 2 was release on Mac and PC on March 9, 2015.
