Bravely Second: End Layer demo drops next month

A demo? For a video game? What is this, 1998?

Bravely Second: End Layer will be presaged by a demo, just like its precursor. In Europe, the demo will be available on the 3Ds eShop on February 11.

As with the first game the demo includes a prelude to the main events of the story, this time focused on the Three Cavaliers Yew Geneolgia, Janne Angard, and Nikolai Nikolanikov. Progress will carry over to the full version should you pick it up, along with a few exclusive rewards.

Bravely Second: End Layer is the sequel to Bravely Default, variously also known by its Japanese subtitles Flying Fairy and For the Sequel.

The gorgeous, classic RPG finally hit 3DS in the west over the 2013-2014 holiday, and although fans had grown impatient at least it meant the wait for the sequel was significantly narrowed.

Expect End Layer on February 26 in Europe, with North American release still to be confirmed.
