Golem looks like an interesting PlayStation VR game

One of the PlayStation VR games which caught our eye during the PlayStation Experience keynote was Golem, the debut title from independent studio Highwire Games.

As you may recall, Highwire was formed by Halo composer Marty O’Donnell, ex-Bungie designer Jaime Griesemer, and Airtight Games co-founder Jared Noftle.

Not much was revealed regarding Golem other than the trailer which showed one of the large beasts exploring an abandoned city.

According to Griesemer, in the game you play someone with the ability to control golems and can see through their eyes and control their movements.

In order to give viewers an idea of the game's mechanics, the studio developed a more traditional in-engine video which shows both the golem and the one controlling it as separate characters.

That's all we know at this point, but more information on the PS VR-exclusive will be revealed in the coming months.
